As Light+Building 2024 came to a close, it left behind a trail of inspiration and innovation. Known as the world’s largest lighting fair, this year’s edition showcased thousands of lighting-related applications and ideas, with a particular focus on lighting’s role in greater efficiency and sustainability.  

During the 6 days of the fair, Flashnet sales team and engineers engaged with industry professionals – from city managers to lighting integrators, attendees from all corners of the globe were drawn in by the inteliCITY’s integration possibilities and inteliLIGHT’s smart street lighting capabilities.  

With its unparalleled integrations and centralized management capabilities, inteliCITY captured the imagination of everyone who stopped by. Visitors were impressed by inteliCITY’s promise of unlimited integrations, seamlessly connecting diverse city systems and ensuring all components work in harmony for an interconnected city experience. Moreover, inteliCITY’s two-layer technology, comprising inteliCITY Software and the IoT Connectivity Platform, stood out for its future-proof design and efficient city management capabilities. 

Attendees were also captivated by inteliLIGHT, our flagship smart street lighting solution. Several discussions revolved around how lighting cabinet controllers revolutionize street lighting management by allowing for centralized control of entire lamp segments, leading to improved efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and lower maintenance costs. 

Another point of interest was inteliLIGHT’s adaptive capabilities, which automatically adjusts illumination based on pre-defined schedules or real-time environmental conditions. The flexibility and interoperability of the inteliLIGHT solution were considered as key factors for enabling municipalities to operate various types of devices independently.
