Flashnet’s third-generation street lighting control software promises to be more than just an upgrade

Flashnet's third-generation street lighting control software promises to be more than just an upgrade

Combining city management trends with the most recent functionality and design expectations, Flashnet’s software engineers have built a more flexible, user-centric, smart-city centered experience.

The inteliLIGHT StreetLight Control software (CMS) has always been a leader in data wealth and functionalities, but the smart city environment is changing fast.

In 2020, you need more than a CMS that stands out from a technical and data wealth point of view. With a redesigned dashboard and reporting tools, the new user-centric interface incorporates the latest UI/UX trends, enabling efficient and intuitive handling.

The third-generation inteliLIGHT street lighting control software reflects the general system health, shows notifications and offers access to detailed reports, so city managers can focus on what matters, understand trends and act in time. Moreover, a brand-new ticketing system aims to improve maintenance efficiency with real-time damage control and maintenance team dispatch.

In terms of area and device management, the CRUD (Create/Read/Update/Delete) interface provides complete asset management and inventory for both connected and non-connected elements in the street lighting installations. Lighting fixtures can now be pinned and grouped on the map so you can enroll multiple objects in the same installation location and have the complete details of the interest point (e.g.: lamp post controller, pole arm, lighting pole, pole support).

Following Flashnet’s philosophy of open architecture, the new software is TALQ2 certified, giving municipalities the freedom to connect, monitor and control any compatible third party device via the inteliLIGHT’s control software. Complying with the TALQ protocol, Flashnet fulfills its promise to build systems with full integration capabilities for existing smart city systems.

The latest generation of inteliLIGHT CMS, a state-of-the-art smart city management software, comes with advanced AI and Machine Learning functionality to provide an unprecedented level of failure detection, analytics, maintenance and workflow optimization.

inteliLIGHT’s third-generation CMS is designed to provide a comprehensive tool for city managers and public lighting operators. It promises to support current and future IoT and smart city requirements with world-class functionalities, scalability and security.

The new software is currently in beta testing for a selected list of customers.
