During this fruitful partnership, the two companies deployed smart lighting projects using modern LED source lights, independently controlled, including festive, ornamental, architectural illumination and traffic control through traffic lights. Flash Lighting Services added the “smart” layer of Flashnet’s inteliLIGHT solution, with various mounting options and using communication technologies such as PLC or LoRaWAN to communicate with the inteliLIGHT Streetlight Control Software.

Moreover, additional functionalities and integrations such as city surveillance, panic buttons or electric vehicle chargers were installed in important touristic cities like Brasov, where over 1,000,000 tourists visit each year from all over the world.

The partnership proved beneficial to the public lighting sector (by providing smarter, more effective solutions), to communities (by improving the comfort, safety and security of people and goods as well as individuals’ quality of life) and to the environment (by reducing energy consumption and pollution levels).
